Terms of Service — Latamium

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or booking a class on Latamium, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. The service

Latamium connects students with native Latin American Spanish tutors for 1-on-1 live classes delivered over Google Meet. We facilitate scheduling and payments; tutors are responsible for the content and quality of each class.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Bookings and credits

Classes are purchased in credit packs through our pricing page. Credits do not expire and can be redeemed for any available tutor. Once a class is booked, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the credit being consumed.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. By purchasing a pack you authorize us to charge the corresponding amount. Credits are added to your account immediately after the payment is confirmed.

6. User conduct

You agree to behave respectfully during classes and to use Latamium only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or harass tutors or other users.

7. Intellectual property

All content provided by Latamium, including the website, branding, and lesson materials, is owned by Latamium or its tutors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Latamium is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
