Refund Policy

1. Credits never expire

Class credits purchased on Latamium never expire. You can use them at any time with any available tutor.

2. Trial class guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first class, contact us within 7 days and we will either credit you another class with a different tutor at no cost or refund the corresponding amount.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

• Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the class will consume the credit.
• If a tutor cancels or fails to attend, the credit is automatically returned to your account.

4. Refunds on unused packs

You may request a refund on unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Partially used packs are refunded for the remaining credits at the per-class rate of the pack.

5. How to request a refund

Send an email to hello@latamium.com with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed through PayPal and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

6. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of abuse or violations of our Terms of Service.
